Training course

During your 3-year training as a merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management (w/m/d), you will learn a variety of business areas, such as controlling, sales and HR. In addition, you are planning trade fairs and events with your Azubi team, which you can also visit. This will help you develop your skills in project management. An insight into the in-house workshop will also be part of your training. Your knowledge gained there will help you in the various departments and prepare you for everyday work. The training includes in particular:

(Digital) Marketing and Communication

Accounting and Controlling

Human resources

Procurement logistics - Purchasing goods and services

Training planning

You work at our location in Essen and visit the vocational school (Robert-Schmidt-Berufskolleg) in part-time education. During your training, you will be incorporated into our company and prepared for your future professional life through a variety of trainings, including in our in-house ACademy. Early on, you get the opportunity to work on your own projects. Through the insights into our diverse departments, you can always expand your skills and become an important part of our team. In order to support you in your training as best as possible, you will take part in an exam preparation course at the end of your training.

This gives you the opportunity to specialize and develop yourself after your training.
