You take over the end-to-end responsibility for Consent management across all digital properties (Web & Apps) and ensure monetization, tracking and analysis capability You control and configure our CMP solutions (especially SourcePoint and Didomi) for over 100 properties, responsible for quality assurance and co-ordinary message design, vendor lists, consent layer as well as code integrations with tech and product You analyze Consent-relevant bugs, data protection gaps and tracking failures, prioritise their fixation and work closely with Tech, Legal, Data Protection and external partners and platforms You plan and manage the migration from SourcePoint to Didomi including reimplementation, testing and rollout per property You ensure the legally compliant implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, TCF 2.3), integrierst ID solutions (e.g. netID, utiqID) in the Consent-First-Layer and develop these further You monitor, analyze and reportest consent-relevant KPIs, establish clear processes and ensure transparent documentation as well as reliable contact structure in the Consent & Privacy area

You have completed a Master's degree in Business Informatics, Media Management or a comparable degree course and have well-founded practical experience with Consent Management Platforms such as SourcePoint and/or Didomi

You bring a very good technical understanding of web and app technologies, day management, tracking setups and front-end integrations and know relevant data protection and consent frameworks (including GDPR, TCF) You have experience in coordinating complex technical and professional dependencies across many stakeholders and communicate safely with tech, product, legal and external partners You work extremely carefully, responsibly and structured and keep an overview under time pressure You convince with a strong ability to solve problems and prioritize, as well as a high degree of self-initiative, Ownership and Hands-on mentality You combine enforcement strength with cooperation and diplomatic skills Flowing German knowledge and fluent English skills in word and writing complete your profile We are pleased to receive applications from people who contribute to the diversity and sustainability of our company.
