Maintenance of the entire building technology (coolers, heating systems, electric) Maintenance of outdoor facilities (e.g. green areas, parking spaces, small winter service) Monitoring of safety, fire and environmental facilities Maintenance of the operating device (e.g. quick-running doors and forklifts) Coordination of external service providers and craft businesses Control and documentation of maintenance intervals and tests Detection of structural and technical deficiencies and repair and repair work for minor deficiencies Participation in the digitization of operating technology
