With external sales of around 12.24 billion euros and around 76,000 employees (including self-employed retailers and nearly 3,400 trainees), the EDEKA Minden-Hannover is the largest sales of a total of seven regional companies in the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. You advise our executives in a targeted manner which channels and measures are suitable for generating suitable applications and include interfaces to strengthen our employer brand (e.g. Social Media, EDEKA Talente Truck). In order for our managers to receive qualified documents for their profiles, you take over the pre-selection of incoming applications. Whether you are an applicant or a manager, communication is very important to you, because you are a central contact person and always take into account the target group-oriented approach. Own-initiatively, you develop processes, reduce application barriers, evaluate key figures and observe markets and trends in order to test new approaches early on and contribute to a continuous development. Thanks to your enthusiasm for change and innovation, you can actively shape our transformation – from administrative candidate management to professional recruiting.

Enthusiasm for recruiting (e.g. working student activity, professional experience) and initial experience in project work as well as expertise, understanding of the labour market and a sense for target groups are your most important skills. Your expertise is complemented by fun in collecting, analyzing and preparing data to support your expertise with key figures. You have a strong consulting competence and provide clear, sound recommendations on the appropriate recruiting channels and measures. Thanks to your service orientation, you maintain contact with your clients and act as a reliable and competent respondent (e.g. evaluation dates). You will also keep an overview of different tasks, because structured work and prioritization of tasks will be easy for you.

Working time and employment

The body shall be occupied in full or part-time and shall be terminated for one year under a parental leave. .
