Support of the reception line in the operational and administrative management of the reception Co-responsibility for the management and motivation of the reception team in close cooperation with the reception Support and control of the shifts in early, late and night shifts as well as control of the respective cash management Check-in & Check-out of individual and group tours and concierge tasks Ensuring and responsible for optimal guest care, smooth and professional procedures at reception including complaint handling Responsibility of service planning in consultation with the receiving management Responsibility of employee involvement as well as azuubic planning and incorporation Training of employees & trainees Monitoring and further development of weekly and monthly tasks and the allocation of tasks
