With us you will take over the following tasks and responsibilities: Care of our international guests from arrival to departure Acceptance of feedback, repairs and complaints from guests and their professional handling Implementation of a smooth, rapid and efficient workflow in the reception area, always with the focus on the guests Complete all work tasks in the early, late service Interface for our guests to the other departments Ensuring the flow of information within the meaning of the hotel Control tasks within the framework of the shifts and daily completions Responsible handling of the cash register
