Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

About the position As a HR Payroll & Operations Specialist, you play a central role in our HR Operations Team. A key focus is on the control, control and quality assurance of outsourced pay billing and HR administration, pensions/bAV and HR evaluations. You act as a professional interface between HR, Payroll Provider, Finance, Aktuar and internal stakeholders. Your main tasks Professional control and coordination of the external payroll service provider Control and plausibility of payroll bills Review of settlements, in particular after contractual and payment adjustments, special payments, absences and special arrangements Ensuring the quality, completeness and schedule of payment clarification of deviations and errors with the payroll provider Professional contact person for Payroll questions in the HR environment Administrative support for occupational pensions and pensions (including cooperation with the Aktuar and internal and external contact persons) Creation of ad hoc evaluations and HR reports, in particular using SAP Support of HR control by data processing and plausibility Independent processing of all accruing HR administrative tasks in the field of care Cooperation in HR projects (e.g. process optimization, system adaptation)

Complete Bachelor Program in Business or Comparative Qualification Min. 3 years of professional experience in HR Payroll and HR Operations, depending on the degree of education achieved Experience in cooperation with external payroll service providers Knowledge of the administration of occupational pensions Very good knowledge of SAP HR, ideally complemented by Workday Embossed number affinity and experience with HR evaluations Knowledge in the field of IG Metal High discretion and reliability German language skills, good English skills, in word and writing
