The Team Facility Services is responsible for Post-input and post-output processing Management and provision of pool vehicles Internal driving service Printing, copying and scanning services CD burning service Fax mass dispatch Destruction of files Other central services for members, customers and employees Your duties Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Facility Services team Organizing, controlling and continuously optimizing all the services of the team Responsible for economic, timely and quality-oriented performance Analyze existing services and develop new, needs-based services Identify and implement digitization potentials as well as standardizing and automated processes Developing service processes with a view to cost-effectiveness, quality and customer satisfaction Planning of personnel use and securing a resource management that is appropriate to needs Cooperation with internal departments and consultation of the organisation on new service requirements Taxes on external service providers and safeguarding the agreed quality standards Participation in transnational projects and change processes

successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of facility management, business management, economic engineering, public management or a comparable subject; as an alternative to a relevant vocational training with a corresponding additional qualification and multiannual professional experience Multiannual leadership experience or proven experience in managing teams or projects Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of organizational and process competence Experience in the development and optimization of services and business processes High customer and service orientation Experience in project and change management Safe occurrence, communication strength and high decision-making and implementation competence Analytical and structured functioning as well as pronounced sense of responsibility Good knowledge of modern office applications as well as an affinity for digital processes complete your profile
