Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your duties

• You represent us as owner: on site and are therefore the first contact person:in for our tenants:inside
• They carry out safety visits (sight and function checks)
• You are available to our tenants:inside for concerns and topics about living
• They make sure that order and cleanliness is guaranteed in the residential areas
• You control and document the work of our internal and external service providers:inside (e.g. maintenance of the exterior, staircase cleaning, winter service)
• Your activities on site also include the execution of tenants:in-time and hire of tenants:in-time disputes
• They carry out self-contained housing and housing transfers

Your profile

• You have completed commercial or craft training, bring interest in technical tasks and have ideally already gained first professional experience in the housing industry
• You have good German language skills in word and writing - other foreign language skills are of advantage
• You have basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
• You have a passenger car license of class B
