(Senior) Project Manager Technology Transfer (m/f/d)

Project management in technology transfer Planning, control and monitoring of project activities related to the transfer of technologies to new manufacturers. Ensuring the achievement of targets in accordance with defined milestones taking into account defined time plans and project specifications. Team management and project coordination Control of interdisciplinary teams and organisation and moderation of project meetings. Tracing the timely processing of tasks, documentation of project progress and creation of meeting protocols. Strategy and solution development Development of solution scenarios and strategies for complex issues in the project environment. Proactive support and consistent implementation of the developed measures to ensure project objectives. Reporting and Management Communication Creation of status reports focusing on product availability and budget achievement. Preparation of decision bases as well as deriving recommendations for action – for example in case of deviations – for team management and management. Interface management and external communication Coordination of cooperation with internal departments and communication with external partners:in the context of project implementation. Ensuring a transparent flow of information between all project participants.

Academic background / vocational training + professional background Successfully completed studies or comparable training with corresponding qualifications and multiannual experience in project management and technology transfer in the pharmaceutical environment. Personal competencies Impressive enforcement, strong argumentability and conflict and moderation competence. Analytical, structured and result-oriented working with high self-responsibility. Technical and language skills Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as very good MS Office skills as well as experience in managing and managing teams
