Junior Logistics Manager (m/w/d) with a perspective on leadership in a logistics warehouse in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern / Berlin

Project management: You take part projects to further develop the warehouse logistics and control system and conduct data analyses for process optimization. Responsibility for logistics processes: Perspectively, you guide all intralogistic areas, including incoming goods, warehouse processes, inventory management and loading, and make sure that these run efficiently and cost-optimized. Quality and risk management: You implement and ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g. HACCP, IFS Wholesale, BIO, MSC/ASC) and are actively working on identifying and reducing risk factors in the logistics process. Optimization and process control: You control operational storage processes and develop control measures taking into account quality, cost, efficiency and budget allocation. Communication and Voting: You act as an interface between the business areas, participate in voting appointments, organize meetings and events, and start status reports, presentations and protocols. Perspective: with appropriate suitability, the use as a logistical leadership, including technical and disciplinary responsibility, is provided for the logistics personnel.

Training and professional experience: You have a successfully completed study or professional training in the field of warehouse logistics as well as extensive professional experience, preferably in the (food) logistics or wholesale. Experience in personnel management: You bring first experience in the management of personnel, in the best case in the management of teams in the warehouse area, and you are characterized by a motivating, cooperative leadership style. Analytical skills and problem solving: You have strong analytical skills, trade strategically and bring your own initiative to identify and solve problems. Project management and software knowledge: You have experience with project software, organizational talent and good knowledge in the warehouse organization and control, as well as safe user knowledge in O365 and iOS. Communication strength and team capacity: You are a team player with a strong communication capability and constructive enforcement capability and a transparent exchange of information. Self-employment and structure: You work independently, structured and keep a cool head and a clear overview even in challenging situations. Language skills: Your very good German skills complete your profile.
