You are strategically responsible for the FDL/ANÜ product group, develop it further and tax tenders, framework contracts and price negotiations autonomously You act as a business partner*in the departments: You understand the projects, find suitable solutions together with them or find alternative solutions You decide on the appropriate contractual form (service, contract or contract) and ensure compliance with the AÜG. You consistently prevent concealed APPLICATION and self-conception In addition, you digitize the acquisition of external personnel from the demand message to the billing, for example via supplier portals, vendor management systems or automated workflows You use AI specifically in purchasing, for example for market and price analyses, the comparison of offers and rate cards or compliance checks You are responsible for the supplier management for personal services and freelancer providers

Completed studies (e.g. BWL, Industrial Engineering, Economic Law) or completed commercial training with further qualification Mind. 4 years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally in the fields of external services, IT or personnel services Secure knowledge with service and work contracts, employee transfer and freelancer deployments combined with expertise on the application of the AÜG and criteria of self-employment You negotiate strongly, work analytically and evaluate cost structures, hourly rates and supplier services You go open to people and build trust. Also uncomfortable decisions are taken so that cooperation remains good You are safe in handling SAP and purchasing systems and have ideally digitized purchasing processes, for example with SAP or a Vendor management system You use AI tools in everyday work or you want to work in them and use them with us Good English knowledge of negotiations with suppliers
