You are responsible for the implementation of the Security Audit Act of North Rhine-Westphalia (SÜG NRW) and of the provisions adopted thereto. You are the competent body for the safety review of the BLB staff You work closely with the Federal Ministry of the Interior NRW. You contribute to decisions on safety risks You report to the supervisory authority's secret protection officer You shall be responsible for the security of the authorised BLB staff and shall inform and advise in respect of confidentiality obligations You sensitize and train the BLB employees to protect secret and sabotage You work closely with the IT security officer (CISO)

The function of the secret protection officer can only be transferred after successfully completed security check Ü3 in accordance with SÜG NRW and if there are no safety concerns. In the course of the review, the partner or the partner may also be included. The safety review may take six months or more.

You have a successfully completed university course (Bachelor/ Diploma/Master) of the Department of Administration, Legal Affairs, Economic Law, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Economics, Economics and a comparable subject. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately €51,460.00 – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
