As a management (w/m/d) for industrial wastewater/indirect-indirect-indirect-indirect-indirect-indirect-indirect-indirect monitoring, you take over the organisation, control and further development of a central area of wastewater monitoring. Together with your team, you will ensure that wastewater discharges from industrial and commercial companies are reliably controlled and the legal requirements are complied with. This makes an important contribution to the protection of our wastewater treatment plants, the employees working there, as well as to the sustainable water and environmental protection. You develop the strategic orientation of your property, guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly and ensure transparent communication and regular employee discussions. Together with the relevant departments, you control personnel planning and development and promote the competences of your team members. You ensure compliance with the legal requirements, in particular the WHG, the Wastewater Regulation and the OOWV Statutes. In addition, you coordinate the monitoring tasks in the field and define uniform standards for the control and evaluation of wastewater discharges by indirect investigators. You provide consistent and comprehensible decision-making practice, identify monitoring priorities and control intensities and determine, if necessary, input parameters and limit values. In addition, check and answer technical decisions with particular importance or external effect and assess the effectiveness of the monitoring instruments used. You further develop the risk-based monitoring concept for indirect investigators, analyze new technical requirements such as trace materials and derive appropriate measures from them. In addition, you will develop uniform assessment standards as well as guidelines for the handling of limit value overruns, conflicts with companies and complex initiations.

You have completed their studies in engineering, for example in mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering or civil engineering with a focus on urban water management or civil engineering. Alternatively, you have successfully completed a natural science study, such as in chemical engineering, chemistry or environmental sciences. You carry out several years of professional experience in the professional indirect investigator monitoring and in the handling of the corresponding conditions of introduction. You have already led teams professionally and disciplinefully and convince with their innovative strength, design strength and a strong leadership competence. You have a good understanding of tasks and project management, present complex content securely and advise competently interdisciplinary contexts. You are strong in communication, conflictable and result-oriented, work on their own initiative and have a valid driving permit of class B. Your German knowledge corresponds at least to the language level C1.
