KG at the Hamburg site, we are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) Arbeitssicherheit & Arbeitsmedizin for the Service Management department at the next possible time. Coordination and continuous further development of all measures in the field of health protection (work safety & occupational medicine) at our main location in Hamburg Cooperation with external service providers such as security specialists and company physicians:inside and consulting the responsible contact persons at our decentralised locations Planning, implementation and follow-up of preventive safety measures (e.g. instruction, training, emergency exercises, incident analyses, awareness-raising measures) Participation in safety-related visits, monitoring of audits and participation in meetings of the Safety Committee (ASA) Examination and optimization of risk assessments, work processes and operating instructions in close coordination with the professionals for occupational safety and occupational medicine Organisation and documentation of statutory training and coordination of contracted service providers Creation of work aids, presentations and reports on internal communication and documentation Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, regulations and guidelines on health protection Close cooperation with company health management Support for national locations

Successfully completed commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in occupational or health protection, ideally in the group environment Ideally successfully completed studies or comparable qualifications in the field of health protection, occupational safety or related fields Enthusiasm for the issues of safety and health according to DGUV and the willingness to continue development Ideally, a training to/from the safety officer or comparable qualifications Embossed organizational design and ability to optimize the process Own responsibility, flexibility, resilience as well as team and communication skills Professional appearance, careful and safety-oriented operation Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Travel readiness (approx. 20%) Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
