You: is responsible for the successful management of complex transformation, digitization and implementation projects within the Würth Group from initiation to successful completion. guides interdisciplinary project teams professionally, coordinates internal and external participants and, together with stakeholders, ensures the successful implementation of strategic IT projects. Taxes scope, dates, budget, quality, detects opportunities and risks early and introduces appropriate measures. prepare decisions for management and steering committees, the first project reports and management presentations. ensures compliance with project management standards and develops project management methods, best practices and standards. coachst project managers, project managers and subproject managers in methodological and organizational questions.

You have extensive experience in managing complex projects and programs and bring the necessary method skills to successfully implement challenging IT change projects? Perfect. You: have a successfully completed study of economic informatics, computer science, economics or a comparable qualification. has several years of experience in managing complex, cross-departmental transformation or digitization projects in the SAP environment. brings well-founded knowledge in classic, agile and hybrid project management and ideally has recognised project management certifications such as PMI PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 or comparable qualifications. understands business processes and their digital imaging, translates technical requirements into sustainable solutions and works in a structured, analytical and result-oriented manner. communicate safely in German and English at management and executive level - both oral and written.
