Locations: Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main) and Munich.

As a HR Specialist (m/w/d) for our staff support, you will find the ideal entry into our staff area with this position: you will support and advise employees in all personal questions. Care: In our team, you will ensure that work contracts and changes of a contract are carried out carefully and are responsible for the general correspondence. Administration: At the hub of communication and organization you support our personnel in all operational activities. Variety of tasks: You have all the important data and life events of our employees and take over the associated administration Documentation: Professionally you take the process when a worker leaves. You will also create the necessary documents and certificates. SAP technology: You are planning our systems on a daily basis, including personal master data, or you are planning evaluations for optimal employee support.

Completion of a commercial training or a study, with a focus on staff/human resources or additional staff qualification Ideally, first practical experience in the field of personnel, for example as part of an internship or a work-studierende activity Top service to our internal customers:inside around our services you combine with a very good understanding Feeling of the finger in dealing with employees of all hierarchical levels and team spirit Reliable, independent and responsible in all administrative tasks of the daily business
