Your tasks:

• Disposition and coordination of service operations
• Planning and control of the use of service technicians incl. appointment with customers
• Contact person für Customer und Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

• Order processing, application preparation and spare parts organization
• Maintenance and updating of application and service documentation in ERP or CRM system

Your profile:

• completed technical or commercial training, ideally in the field of plant engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
• Professional experience in technical service, ideally with MRP experience
• Technical understanding
• Organizational talent, enforcement and high Customer orientation
• Secure handling of MS Office and common ERP/CRM systems
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
