Scrum Master (m/w/d) für Design System & UX Concept Identification: BTA-UX-SCRUM Location: Paderborn In the role as Scrum Master (m/w/d), you are responsible for the construction, installation and continuous development of two agile Scrum teams in our Unit Base Technology & Architecture. In a growing development area, you are a pioneer and accompany the agile transformation after the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) from the start.

Discipline leadership, support and further development of the employees of two Scrum teams Responsibility for continuous improvement of cooperation, communication and transparency between and within different scrum teams Support and moderation of team and scrum events and community of practice Detection of team dynamics and blockages as well as development of appropriate solutions together with the team Further development of agile approach within the teams Coaching the development teams with regard to agile methods and performing team-internal trainings

Completed studies in a technical or social science field Knowledge about Scrum and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centric product development Multiannual professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach Embossed empathy and ability to motivation other people Very good knowledge of German and English
