ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Implementation of the project controlling (cost analysis nominal actual comparison)
• Contact for customers, suppliers and subcontractors with regard to commercial topics as well as offerings
• Contract-related participation in purchasing materials and subcontractors
• Processing of creditor receipts and accounting and payment tracking
• Basic commercial activities, general correspondence and project-related special tasks

Your profile - you should bring:

• Closed commercial training, such as industrial businesswoman/industrial businessman or a study in the commercial sector, for example, business management or comparable
• Multiannual professional experience in facility management / facility services / technical building management / TGA / construction industry or comparable
• Safe handling of MS Office packages Communicative personality with joy of teamwork
