Bayernwerk Natur (BAGN) develops and operates innovative solutions for sustainable energy supply. Our entrepreneurial commitment aims to align heat, cold and energy needs with the environment. Become part of our energy future and support us as an intern:in the field of asset and operating management (m/w/d) at the locations Unterschleißheim or Regensburg.

The focus of your internship is on various topics relating to digitization of our assets (e.g. heat pumps, BHKWs, battery storage and PV systems). You analyze the data flow of our assets and support us in data management in the E.ON's own cloud. Building on this, you visualize key figures in meaningful dashboards (e.g. PowerBI or Grafana) with the aim of operating our assets in a resource-saving and sustainable manner. You support us in defining, analyzing and driving the requirements of internal stakeholders. In addition, you enrich BAGN's asset and operating management team with your own impulses and creative ideas.

You are interested in energy economic relationships and have a high intrinsic motivation to contribute to the success of the energy transition. You have good IT skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Programming skills or motivation to acquire them are a plus (e.g. Python, R, SQL or similar). In addition, you are motivated to work yourself into new IT topics (e.g. creating dashboards using PowerBI or Grafana). You bring very good German knowledge as well as organizational talent and joy in independent work. ''We before I''' is written big with us.
