Own-sponsored management and handling of track construction projects Control of construction sites with regard to dates, quality and cost-effectiveness Leadership and coordination of polishing, subcontractors and construction site teams Coordination with contracting entities, authorities and project participants Creation and control of construction schedules Subsequent management and accounting support Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards Monitoring of the construction design in the field of construction, civil engineering and adjacent structures

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable technical training Alternatively: Master / Technicians with profound experience in track construction Multiannual experience as a construction manager, polisher or construction guide in railway, underground or road construction knowledge in the handling of VOB and construction processes Structured and independent operation Communication strength and enforcement capacity A certain readiness to travel within NRW and project-dependent beyond is assumed
