As a 1st level support, you are the first contact point for all IT requests in the field of Windows clients, mobile devices, print systems and networks as well as software problems. They train employees in standard applications. They advise the offices on hardware and software solutions and create and integrate new systems. They take over general office activities in the IT field, e.g. documentation, inventory lists and instruct invoices. They support your colleagues in IT projects.

You have a successfully completed training as a specialist informant, merchant/wife for IT system management or have a pronounced IT affinity and can demonstrate experience in the field. You have an excellent communication capability, a service-oriented attitude and work team-oriented. Your work is independent, structured and you have the skills, solutions and systems to document clearly. You have a class B licence. Why you shouldn't miss this chance!
