Manager Sales Controlling (m/f/d)

You lead a small controlling team and continuously develop processes, systems and control instruments As a business partner, you support sales and technology in strategic and operational decisions and create transparency about opportunities and risks You are responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasts and performance analyses and are driving forward the development of sales forecasts You prepare basis for decision-making for management, board and Supervisory Board and conduct specific recommendations for action You further expand the sales and development controlling and accompany the economic evaluation of new products and projects You drive forward the digitization and optimization of reporting and planning processes

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance and controlling Multiannual professional experience in controlling, ideally focusing on sales, business or performance controlling in an international business environment First leadership experience or the desire to take the next career step into a leading role Extensive understanding of business relationships as well as controlling sales, earnings, cash flow and corporate performance Experience in planning, forecasting and budgeting as well as safe handling of key figures and management reporting High analytical competence, coupled with a pragmatic hands-on mentality and the ability to derive concrete recommendations from figures Secure handling of MS Office as well as common ERP, BI and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Jedox or comparable tools) Communication-strong personality with sovereign appearance that can bring together different interests and act as a business partner at eye level Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
