Technical and disciplinary management of a design team Control and prioritization of ongoing design tasks Transfer of technical ideas and requirements in realisable machine and plant concepts elaboration, evaluation and optimization of designs for customer-specific applications Development of mechanical components, assemblies and overall systems Constructive integration of automation, handling and manufacturing solutions Accompanying the projects from the concept phase to completion and commissioning Consultation and support of the team in complex technical issues Coordination of technical requirements with customers, suppliers and internal departments Ensuring a time, cost and quality project processing Close cooperation with project management, production, assembly and other technical areas

Studied in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, production technology or a comparable qualification, for example as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) Multiannual design experience in machine or plant engineering Practical experience in the development or constructive implementation of automation solutions Knowledge of special machine construction, handling technology or robotics Safe handling of a modern 3D CAD system; Knowledge of SolidWorks or comparable 3D systems are welcome leadership experience or first practice in the technical coordination of employees is desired Ability to transfer technical requirements into economic and feasible solutions Self-employed, structured and result-oriented work Safe appearance and clear and binding communication Ready for occasional project-related customer appointments
