Recruiter Temporary Employment & Direct Placement (m/f/d)

You take the independent search and identification for suitable specialists and executives for our customers from the middle class in direct placement and employee transfer. You conduct telephone and personal interviews, meet candidates and recognize their professional and personal potentials. You advise candidates throughout the entire application process and are their reliable contact person. You agree closely with our staff consultants and develop a clear understanding of the requirements of our customers. You create meaningful candidate profiles and present matching talents to the customer. You accompany interviews and keep contact with candidates during the further process. You build your own network of professionals and executives in the long term and continuously develop it. You can use modern recruiting tools and active-sourcing methods and try new ways to reach the right talents.

You have experience in recruiting, active sourcing, in personnel consulting or personnel service – or bring a comparable experience in dealing with candidates. You are happy to meet people, understand their motivation and show them new professional perspectives. You can listen well, ask the right questions and have a good sense of whether it fits professionally and personally. You work entrepreneurially and legally and have your goals and figures in mind. You communicate confidently, appreciation and at eye level with professionals and executives. You work in a structured and self-responsible manner and keep track of several projects. You're curious, you like to go new ways and don't be afraid to actively address interesting candidates. You bring personality, authenticity, humour and a healthy portion of friendly hard-naturity. You like to work in the team and appreciate the exchange with our personnel consultants.
