Analysis of unplanned silences and development of avoidance strategies
Preparation, control and optimization of repair measures
Active cooperation in improving maintenance and production processes
Conducting regular ABC analyses for spare parts management
Application of methods such as 5S and pits for continuous improvement
Working with technical projects and implementing new ideas
Training for technicians or masters (or willingness to continue)
Professional experience (ideally 3 years or more but not necessarily required)
