♪ Your future task:

• Consumption and processing of fault messages and requests by building control, e-mail or telephone
• Maintenance and management of tickets in the CAFM system according to defined standards
• Coordination of communication between customers, departments and the internal team
• Support in reporting and ensuring a continuous flow of information

Your profile for the Servicedisposition Help Desk (3 layer operation) (m/w/d) Porsche:

• Complete training in technical or crafts (e.g. mechatronics, plant mechanics, electronics)
• First professional experience in facility management or building technology
• Secure handling of the PC and MS Office; Experience with SAP or CAFM systems desirable
• Class B driving licence
• Structured, solution-oriented and reliable operation – even under time pressure
• Willingness to work in shiftwork (spring/spring/night) and weekends
• Friendly, clear and professional communication
