At the city of Langenhagen, in the department 69 building administration at the beginning of August, there are unlimited periods and in part-time with 19.5 hours several places as

to occupy. For the performance of maintenance cleaning, cleaning staff with a payment by pay group 1 TVöD and an average regular weekly working time of 19.5 hours are sought. The mission is to take place in IGS Süd, Angerstraße 12, 30851 Langenhagen. If necessary, use can be made in other buildings in the city of Langenhagen. There are cleaning areas to be occupied in the afternoon cleaning. The tasks shall include the typical activities in the maintenance cleaning operations with the working/cleaning agents provided for this purpose by instruction. Regular product instructions will be provided for the correct application of the working and cleaning agents. The working equipment used must be maintained and cleaned on a working day. The working time has been determined sufficiently according to feasible performance values in order to be able to provide the required quality according to internal requirements and the requirements of the building cleaner Instruction.

Requirements:

• as much as possible experience in maintenance cleaning
• Willingness to represent illness and holiday in other buildings and cleaning areas
• Reliability and flexibility
• good cooperation in teams
• a certain amount of physical fitness (lift up to 12 kg, go to the knees etc.)
• German knowledge (comparable for example with level B1)
• well maintained appearance
