Planning Engineer - Project Management / Team Leadership / Costing (m/f/d)

As a professional and disciplinary manager, you build your 7-member team and are responsible for managing major strategic projects in the area of district heating. You ensure the technical planning quality over all performance phases (LP 1-9) of the HOAI and use the AGFW control. You control the entire project management from conception to implementation and act as a central interface for all project participants. You take over the costing of planning services and play a key role in creating and negotiating offers. You actively promote the strategic development of your team and the optimization of planning processes in the field of supply technology.

You have a master's degree in engineering, ideally focusing on supply technology or civil engineering. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in the planning of district heating projects and have already successfully managed teams. You can safely move in the AGFW system as well as in the HOAI and provide sound knowledge in the supply technology. With your communication strength and your know-how in project management, you are leading projects to success. You speak German (C2-Niveau) to clearly interact with all project participants. A class B driving license completes your profile.
