In principle, you will support your meetings in various areas of spare parts logistics and learn about the subject of the customer service organization in the air travel. You will get a detailed insight into the order processing, from the application to the invoice. In this process, you will be able to carry out certain tasks in your own initiative and extend your subject area. This includes the creation of contracts, delivery notes and invoices and, in the next step, the planning of replacement parts. It is also possible for you to fully address some of your own customers and to provide them as a direct contact partner (m/w/d); you will get a sense of inter­national exchange, an insight into the inter­na­tional economy and will be able to optimise your English at the same time. In addition, you can guide your first projects and thus assist in the process optimization or development of your analysis; you will learn about many new people and build a great first network in your company during your studies.
