Mandatory Internship | Project Management New Products

Your tasks In your practical semester at Hansgrohe you can show what is inside you, for example in the Project Management section. In this department you are closely involved in the development of our new products, as you support the planning, coordination, organization and monitoring of new product projects in terms of cost, quality and time requirements from the design idea to the sales start. Project management (e.g. time planning, cost calculation, risk assessment, reporting) plays a central role in the product development process. The area functions as an interface between various specialist departments such as product management, marketing, product data management, product engineering. Your tasks in Team Project Management: Working with new product projects in different project phases Coordination and organisation of new product projects in close coordination with the various specialist departments (e.g. product management, product engineering, marketing, approval) Coordination and organisation of workflows (e.g. creation of phase and schedules, preparation and guidance of workshops, etc.)

Studies: Economic Engineering, BWL, International Engineering, Product Engineering, or comparable degree programme; immatriculated Specialisation direction: project management, product development, product development Project management knowledge of advantage Flexibility, good social competence and team skills Quick conception as well as a structured and independent way of working Technical interest Good knowledge of MS Office skills Good knowledge of German and English
