Your everyday life is varied: in the morning you will check the additional cost bill from Latvia, in the afternoon you will correct the rent increase from Portugal and then you will object to the rental bill from Germany You are responsible for managing part of our commercial leases for the NEW YORKER branches in more than 40 European countries Every year you independently plan the rental and additional costs of the contracts for the coming year You enter the new lease agreements into our management software, update the data as required, set deadlines and keeps the reimbursements in mind Together with your colleagues from expansion, maintenance and financial accounting, you are the contact person for topics related to the rental relationship Necessary steps on rental and real estate law will be taken together with our colleagues from the Legal Department Your colleagues and supervisors in the department are at your disposal for any questions or suggestions. You have a completed training as a real estate businessman* or have several years of experience in real estate management You have a strong eye for details and the ability to capture and implement content in terms of rights and obligations safely and accurately Your number affinity is strong, and you can easily represent common calculations in Excel You value independent work in the team and draw your attention through a high level of responsibility Your targeted communication skills and your good deadline management complete your profile
