Your task:

• Check-in and check-out of our guests
• Guest care and consulting
• Adoption of reservations and correspondence of any kind
• Care and implementation of family programmes
• Sales and cash management
• Family support
• Operational support

Requirements profile:

• A warm and open minded personality
• Ideally you already have experiences from the hotel industry and gastronomy, but this is not absolutely necessary
• Experience in dealing with Outlook and MS Office applications
• Joy and willingness to use for children and guests of all ages
• You are a team player and also help your colleagues across departments if necessary
• Flexibility and commitment
• Structured operation
