The Digital Journey Manager (m/w/d) is responsible for the holistic user experience at FERCHAU's digital marketplace and acts as a connecting entity between business, product and technology. The platform creates a digital connection between applicants, employees, freelancers and customers and is a central component of the digitalization of our business model.

This brings you with experience in the development of digital platforms or in request management, ideally in the app or marketplace environment Professional experience in recruiting and/or sales within the personnel service industry with an understanding of operational end-to-end processes Knowledge of common platform architectures (CRM, ATS, VMS, ERP integration) Understanding API, Integration, Data and Identity Flows in Complex System Landscapes Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and value propositions from audience perspective Safe handling of agile methods (e.g. Scrum) as well as tools like Jira and Confluence Analytical thinking and data-driven, structured working Impressed communication strength, stakeholder security and entrepreneurial mindset
