You take responsibility for the operation, maintenance and further development of the company's internal applications. You can adjust the application availability and perform system and performance tests regularly. You process and eliminate disturbances and ensure efficient incident and problem management. You work closely with specialist departments, IT teams and external service providers. You control and accompany release changes, updates and migration projects. You create and provide technical documentation, supported in audits and are competent contact for the users. You have a completed training as a specialist informant or a successfully completed study of the subject (economic) informatics or have a comparable training and further knowledge. You bring knowledge of Confluence, JIRA and common enterprise applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Unit4 Financials, Zycus). You have experience with cloud technologies and platforms (Azure, SaaS solutions) as well as knowledge in server technologies (Windows Server, Linux) and experience in dealing with relational databases (SQL, especially MSSQL, Oracle). You bring understanding of integration technologies and interfaces (APIs, web services, middleware) and have experience in handling ticket and monitoring systems. You have knowledge in application operation in different operating models (OnPrem, Cloud Infra, SaaS). You bring optimal knowledge of ITIL processes, especially in incident, change and problem management. You enjoy working with developers, infrastructure teams and external partners.
