Change the world of tomorrow: You independently set up CNC turning and milling machines as well as machining centres, equip them and take over the monitoring of the production process in compliance with all manufacturing and quality requirements In the next step, you process components in multiple clamping, carry out tool and cutting material changes independently and perform targeted tool corrections using measurement results and process observations. Then you control the dimensional accuracy, shape, position and surface quality of the manufactured parts with suitable measuring means, document the results in the IT systems provided and thus ensure complete traceability of materials In addition, you will recognize, report and ensure quality deviations, support first-piece releases and serial launches, and actively contribute to improvement projects as well as the introduction of new products and processes

How do you convince us: Training: You have completed vocational training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic or comparable technical training as well as first relevant professional experience Experience and knowledge: Finded knowledge of CNC turning and ideally in CNC milling Experience in handling Sinumeric, Fanuc or comparable controls as well as safe handling of measuring devices Secure reading and interpreting of technical drawings and production documents; Basic knowledge of SAP, MES and digital production documentation Working: You bring a strong quality and safety awareness, team skills, reliability and self-responsibility with You are ready to work in shift operation Language skills: Very good German knowledge
