Your profile Must-haves: First experience in Compensation & Benefits, Job Assessment or Remuneration Concepts Knowledge of salary scales, market analyses and remuneration studies Analytical, structured and careful operation and a high degree of integrity in handling sensitive data Ability to prepare complex remuneration issues in a comprehensible and addressable manner Very good English knowledge in word and writing as well as intercultural competence and joy in working in the international environment Nice-to-haves: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Performance & Goals and Compensation Knowledge of job evaluation methods, preferably of Korn Ferry, including the corresponding IT tools
