Your possible new employer Process-Pack International is part of a successful, growing group of companies in family ownership (4th generation). In addition to the production of machinery for the food industry, the company has subsidiaries in more than 30 countries in the world as a trading and service partner of well-known partners from the machine and plant manufacturer. Depending on the country/market, the focus of the industry can shift and, in addition to the meat processing industry, the beverage industry and the bakery segment are also supplied. In order to take account of the growing number of foreign companies and to provide them with an effective distribution-strategic basis, we are looking for an internationally oriented area / business development manager (m/w/d) to enter the group as soon as possible.

The following topics are the main topics of this versatile business development agency located in the Frankfurt area: Proactive, partnership cooperation with the different executives of the foreign companies -> this also locally in the countries Regular travel abroad incl. intercontinental flights (part of travel approx. 40%) Continuous exchange of synergies, best practices and business optimizations within the group The co-design and implementation of the international growth strategy in meat processing industry including supplier and portfolio management Regular analysis of market trends and competitors in the Food Technology industry Cooperation in identifying M&A targets and new business opportunities at global level

In the international trade environment or in technical sales/machine construction, you could already gain sales or leadership experiences, e.g. in export control? Do you show great pleasure in international work and networks with regular travel activities and speak safely English and ideally another foreign language? Do you like to work analytical, keep a pragmatism typical of the middle class in your actions and your decisions?
