As part of a planned succession scheme, we are looking for you as a dedicated branch management (m/w/d) for the Frankfurt am Main site. In this position, you are responsible for the economic, strategic and operational management of the branch with a team in the middle two-digit area. Their focus is on turnkey logistics, commercial, industrial construction. The close cooperation with the management and a lot of design possibilities offer you the best development options.

Finded professional experience in a comparable position or as an experienced manager from the second series – in construction (logistics, commercial, industrial construction of advantage) Entrepreneurial thinking, technical expertise and a secure sense of market opportunities Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, construction project management, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Pleasure to expand and expand networks and to attract new projects Communication strength, negotiation skills and a sovereign, motivating leadership personality German language skills in word and writing Ownership of a passenger ticket
