Part-time pedagogical specialists (m/f/d)

We are looking for (m/w/d) in parttime or full-time (min. 25 hours) In our Catholic Kita St. Margareta we serve up to 149 children in 7 groups, from the completion of the first year of life to the school entrance. The house is a new building from 2019 and is located in a modern residential area in Froschhausen, a district of Seligenstadt. We are part of the Unikathe Kita-Zweckverband im Bistum Mainz and follow the guidelines and values of the Christian human image. Our education is holistic and shaped by a participative basic attitude.

You accompany children in their development and learning processes and create stimulating educational spaces You perceive every child in his personality and individual development You observe and document the individual development of children You align offers and projects with your observations and joint reflection in the team You are open to a close and regular exchange with parents You actively contribute to team meetings and the further development of our concept You expand your knowledge through regular training

You have a recognized training as a pedagogical specialist in accordance with the specialist catalogue HKJGB §25b and the willingness to identify with the tasks, objectives and values of the Catholic Church and to actively participate in their implementation.

A completed training as a state-recognized educator, social pedagogue or a comparable recognised training as a pedagogical specialist (even professional starters) An appreciative and accompanying approach to children on their way to self-employment You bring yourself and your ideas and actively shape everyday pedagogical life You are interested in personal and professional development You have the ability to act in the team and work conceptually You build educational partnerships with parents Identification with and willingness to contribute to the tasks, objectives and values of the Catholic Unikathe Kita-Zweckverband and to cooperate in their fulfillment German level C1
