As a (Senior) CRM & Lead Optimization Manager (m/w/d), you take the technical responsibility for the entire process of sourcing and matching data for lead generation. In this role, you’re aspiring at the interface between business, product and technology – and with your structured and data-driven approach, our sales can work faster and more targeted with qualified leads. You are part of the international team “Lead Management & Data Quality EMEA” with more than 60 colleagues and report directly to the field management team. This allows you to shape end-to-end processes across the market and achieve real impact. Your new job at a glance End-to-end process responsibility: You design and control the sourcing and matching process of Hiring data for EMEA Lead Management – from data acquisition to playout.

Data integration: You define data format requirements and work closely with Tech teams in data integration and modeling.

Responsibility for external global data sources: You identify appropriate data providers, conduct negotiations and manage relationships and contracts.

Continuous improvement and measurement of success: You develop structured solution approaches (e.g. global account hierarchies or CRM improvements), define success rates and analyze performance data

Stakeholder and Interface Management: You work closely with sales, technology and analytics and act as project managers and central mediators

That's what you bring Vocational training: Successfully completed studies of (economic) computer science, business management or a comparable qualification

Professional experience: You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in data management, CRM management (probably salesforce), lead management or a similar analytical environment

Process and data competence: You bring a structured way of thinking with you and have a good sense of processes, data and KPIs – and you use it to constantly improve

Interface Management: You understand both business goals and technical requirements – and can communicate between both worlds

Communication and Project Management: You go proactively to stakeholders and have fun in interdisciplinary cooperation, for example in managing data-driven projects
