As a Payroll Specialist (gn), you can contribute your skills and contribute to the growth of a growing global company. You become part of a dedicated HR team where you drive payroll activities and continuously improve processes.

The area of responsibility Preparatory pay and salary accounting for approx. 300 employees in Switzerland Preparation and maintenance of all billing-relevant data (incoming and outgoing, contract changes, misuses, surcharges, special payments) Collection and control of working hours, holidays and absences External pay billing interface and close cooperation with HR and Finance Care of personnel master data in the HR system Creation of evaluations, reports and statistics Contact person for employees for billing-relevant questions Close cooperation and coordination with the local payroll provider

You can successfully complete your commercial training or your business studies You have practical experience in the area of payroll accounting, ideally you are interested in Swiss pay bills and social security Ideally, you could gain experience with DATEV You are an absolute team player who also works independently, independently and structured You appear friendly and winning and enthusiastic with your service orientation The ability to identify problems and improve processes is characterized by Flowing German and good English skills complete your profile
