As HR Process and Project Manager (m/w/d), you support the continuous development of our HR IT system landscape in cooperation with relevant IT interfaces You are working on the design and implementation of digitalization initiatives as well as the automation of processes and accompany the realization of innovative solutions Analyze, optimize and develop our HR systems and interface processes effectively and value the Deep Dive You support and support the advancement and implementation of HR projects In addition, you are a versed contact for the specialist departments and the coordination and communication with relevant stakeholders is one of your strengths
