You are the first person in IT support and make sure that our colleagues get help quickly and reliably – friendly, solution-oriented and communicative.

You participate in the telephone availability and document support requests via our ServiceNow ticket system.

You will independently release tickets within the 1st level support and forward them to the 2nd or 3rd level as needed.

You support the establishment and support of IT workstations (hardware, software and network).

You create and update system and process documentation.

You actively participate in keeping and monitoring the defined KPIs.

You bring your own ideas and actively contribute to improving our support processes.

You report to your team leader Customer Experience
