As a scientist and project manager in the development of new measurement technology, you will: develop ultra-precision measuring technology for the latest generations of lithography high performance optics in an exciting working environment

develop innovative measurement and calibration concepts, processes and algorithmic tools as part of a highly qualified team, as well as specify, acquire and operate the required components of the machine

control work packages and subprojects in terms of content and planning, i.e. performance, costs and timing for the respective delivery object

conduct a dynamic project team of interdisciplinary experts and coordinate external development partners and suppliers

Conception, conduct and evaluate laboratory tests for the verification of new measurement technology

They have: a very good scientific or technical degree with a focus on physics/optics or a comparable qualification, preferably with professional experience or promotion

a very good understanding of the function and interaction of complex components in optical measurement technology

good knowledge of data analysis and image processing and algorithms in Python or Matlab

Experience in managing technologically demanding projects

a responsible and structured way of working with strong organisational and communicative skills

a high level of team capacity, self-initiative and self-motivation

very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
