Strategy Consultant (m/w/d) (unlimited) full-time at Dortmund and Mobile Office / Home Office

Strategy and growth projects: You support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. You take responsibility in subprojects and actively promote their implementation. Market and competition analyses: You analyze market trends and customer and product portfolios to derive relevant insights and action recommendations. Business Cases and Forecasts: You develop initial business cases and projections on volume, sales and margins that serve as a basis for decision-making for strategic points. Internal communication and presentation: You prepare the gained findings in a targeted manner and present them before project teams, management and other stakeholders. Cross-functional cooperation: You work closely with internal specialist departments to support company-wide strategic initiatives and work together to create value chains.

You have a completed university degree and several years of professional experience in the strategy or business development of a (tech) company, a management consultancy or insurance. You have pronounced analytical skills and think in business relationships. You have a good understanding of business performance figures and can interpret them quickly and safely. You are safe in appearance and convince by your moderation and presentation skills and communicate safely in German and English.
