The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Operation of robot-assisted presses and NC-controlled production systems for the production of thermoplastic components according to production order and construction documents Start and monitor the processing programs and carry out process-related testing, control and adjustment work Conducting the process control with respect to relevant machine and process parameters Self-balancing of minor disturbances and introduction of necessary repair measures taking into account the TPM guidelines (Total Productive Management) performing pre- and post-processing work such as setting up the machines, brushes and calibrating clamping tools as well as positioning and providing components by means of Hall cranes or transfer trolleys equipping and aligning components and materials, equipping plant- and component-specific materials, abuses of the systems, and maintaining the computer systems and complete documentation of the work steps Exchange of information with upstream and downstream work areas to support process optimization

Praktikant (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Verfahrensmechaniker fÃ1⁄4r Kunststoff- und Gummitechnik (m/w/d) or comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience (at least 2 years) in manufacturing / production as well as experience as machine or plant operators Knowledge of quality management and ideal experience in the field of aircraft construction Safe handling of NC controls, technical systems as well as experience in brushing and calibrating tools Knowledge in SAP as well as safe handling of computer systems and technical documentation Teamability, rapid understanding and strong sense of responsibility Self-employed, solution-oriented and structured working methods and flexibility and readiness to use readiness for shift work in the 3-shift system German knowledge at least B2 and basic English knowledge
