Complete training in electrical engineering, field of energy and building technology, operating technology, electrical installation or sanitary/heating/ventilating technology, among others gas and water installer, ventilation builder or comparable qualification (e.g. industrial training with multi-year relevant professional experience) Multiannual professional experience in building, property and plant operations as well as installation, interference diagnosis and remediation Ideally knowledge of adjacent building structures and in the field of occupational safety commitment, ownership, customer orientation and a strong team spirit Self-working, use for occasional readiness and the ability to prioritize tasks Safe handling of MS Office programs as well as good German knowledge in word and writing Ability to large-scale construction sites or in tight spaces Class B driving licence and the readiness to service (pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
