Painters and varnishers – as remedial teachers (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Analysis & Planning:The main tasks are to analyze individual learning requirements, learning levels, motivation and support needs. This derives targeted support measures as well as individual funding plans, continues and documents learning progress transparently.

**In the course of the training session, you will prepare professional training courses for painters and painters, specialist painters and vehicle painters and provide theoretical content according to the training regulations and curriculum. In addition, you take over the targeted preparation for exams.

**The planning, organisation and implementation of support lessons in individual, small and group formats is also one of your tasks. In this context, the theoretical and general education contents of the training are strengthened and deepened in a practical, user-friendly and sustainable manner.

Teamwork & development:You work closely with relevant references and case managers. Professional exchange and inter-collegial consultation are an integral part of the work. In addition, you will show a high willingness to further and further education to continuously expand your knowledge and skills.

Your profile

Qualifications: They have a recognized professional qualification as painter and painter with ADA-Schein, at least three years of professional experience in painter and painter's craft and at least one year of educational experience.

Ideal, but no need: They have ideally worked with young people with learning difficulties and/or mental impairments.

Competition: They are characterized by a high degree of commitment, work independently and independently and bring both empathy and well-founded educational expertise. This enables you to act successfully and professionally both in the team and in the work with young people.

Communication & development: They have communication, social and organizational competence. In addition, you will show the willingness to continue and further training to continuously expand your professional and personal skills.
